HSBC GOLF ROOTS CENTRE
Belton Woods became an official HSBC Golf Roots Centre in 2014 as part of the ongoing work I do with the juniors at Belton Woods and the local schools. The award means that Belton Woods under my supervision is an active and safe environment for all children to engage in golf.
My aim, along with the junior organiser, is to continue to create a fun, family and junior friendly facility.

As a facility we have been recognised as having all the things in place to create such an environment.

I am a fully qualified and recognised expert junior coach conducting all junior coaching and overseeing the junior section.

We have a enthusiastic junior organiser to help with the running of the section and to ensure a full and active schedule for all level of golfers.

A welfare officer was appointed in 2019 to deal with anyone's concerns and to help administer our up to date policies and procedures concerned with the well being and protection of all the juniors.
As a section we will continue to introduce as many children as possible to the game of golf, actively promote the benefits of golf to all and to make sure all the children involved in golf at Belton Woods have an enjoyable and safe experience.
